"Easy Flower Order Overall"
I ordered flowers from flowercompany the site was easy to use. The photos were clear, and the checkout wasn’t confusing, which I really appreciated. I did notice, well, a few pages did feel a little slow on my phone, and I had to hit back once, but overall it was still a good experience.

"Pretty flowers, but the delivery felt a little careless"
The flowers actually came packed well, and thankfully nothing was smashed, which I was worried about. The box looked clean, and the paper inside kept everything in place nicely. One corner was dented though, which made it feel like the package was kind of ignored or tossed around a bit during delivery. The flowers were still fine, so I’d give it 4 stars overall, but the packaging could be a little stronger

I ordered flowers from flowercompany.com and overall had a good experience. I was in a bit of an anxious mood that day since I really wanted the flowers to arrive on time, so the delivery tracking was helpful. I liked being able to see when they were out for delivery. The only thing was that the tracking stayed on one status longer than I expected, so I wasn’t totally sure if the order was still moving. But the flowers arrived the same day and looked great, so I was happy in the end. I’d just like the tracking updates to be a little quicker.

"Easy and Reliable"
The flowers showed up right when they said they would, and the delivery updates were clear the whole time. I didn’t have to follow up or wonder what was going on, which was really nice. Simple, useful, and easy to use.

"Pretty flowers, slightly banged-up box"
I was really happy the flowers showed up right on time, which put me in a good mood. The only downside was the box was a little bent when it arrived, so I felt a bit disappointed about that. Thankfully, the flowers themselves were still nice.

"Fresh flowers that held up nicely"
The flowers arrived looking really fresh, and I was kind of impressed by how perky the petals still were. They lasted almost a full week on my table, which was nice. I did notice one stem was a little bent near the middle, and of course I kept staring at it every time I walked by, but it didn’t ruin the arrangement or anything. Overall, I’m happy with them

"Small issue, but they handled it really quickly"
I did run into a bit of a problem at first, which was a little frustrating in the moment, but to be fair, they got on it quickly and sorted everything out without making it a big hassle. It’s always nice when a company actually responds and fixes things instead of leaving you waiting around, so overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Not Sure It Was Worth the Price"
The flowers were nice enough, I guess, but I’m not totally sure they matched the price. They seemed a bit smaller than I expected, and the quality was just okay. The delivery fee also made the total feel a little high. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I probably expected more for what I paid

"The membership has saved me money…"
The membership has saved me money on my repeat orders, so I can’t complain about that part. It feels like the fair thing to do for regular customers. I just wish they were more upfront and clear about the delivery slots, because people plan their day around that stuff and it’s only right to make it easy to understand

I liked that there were lots of brands to choose from (always nice to have options). A few pages felt a little messy and could be easier to navigate, but overall my experience was good.

"Horrible"
If I could give a 0 start I would. I bought an arrangement with a coffee mug, ballon and flowers and wrote a sweet card for a birthday. I also paid extra to delivery early. The order that arrived showed up late, no mug,ballon and the card was not what I wrote. Do not use this company their costumer service was awful gave me a 20% credit then after multiple emails 25%. The right thing would be to pay me back for all the missing items. Save your money consider another option.

"Promo felt a bit misleading"
i was disappointed. The discount code didn’t work when I tried to check out, and when I reached out to support, it took a while to hear back. The whole promo made it seem like I’d be getting a deal, so it felt kinda misleading overall.
